SPbGASU Summer Schools Application Guide

Follow the guide step by step and get your registration ready in 5 minutes!

Step #1

Choose the summer school program

Fill in the registration form on the website (https://summerschools-spbgasu.ru/) or submit the Google form  

Prepare your application documents and send it to the summer school manager via email

Application documents:

  • Scanned copy of international passport
  • Your digital JPEG photo 3*4 cm

Step #2

Wait for the confirmation email from your summer program manager

Step #3

Wait for an e-mail with acceptance information, further instructions and the learning contract to sign

Step #4

Sign the contract and send it back to your summer school manager via e-mail. Get the invoice and pay the tuition fee via bank transfer prior the school starts

Step #5

Wait for a follow-up e-mail with the technical and organizational tips, contacts and important information

Step #6

Enjoy your summer school and have unforgettable time with us!
